these asian looking bowls, are they possibly delft?

    I think you've got the Asian part right...Chinese, they look like to me.

    Several interesting marks through the glaze in the bowl floors...I've not seen that.

    Are the red marks overglaze? They don't seem to match the rest of the item. Aside the red marks they look to be provincial Chinese mid 19th century
