Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Actually, not from that distance away, and what is the object that has the mark that you want us to identify, please?? Other than possibly a 'y' and a 'b' and possibly a 'j', I have no idea what I'm looking at! And that's after enlarging "the mark" and trying to enhance "it"....maybe someone else will have better luck than I!!

What is the item? You need to provide more information about the items you are asking about.

Beautiful piece. Unfortunately the only information I have for you is that when you post pictures, if you select “insert all images Full Size” it’s easier for people to see the pictures, so you’re more likely to get help.

Welcome aboard, and don’t worry too much about the learning curve - “we need more pictures, and we need them full size please!” is probably the most common reply to new member posts. :)

Likely the Imperial Russia copper mark. Hard to tell but I think you are showing the mark upside-down.

That is why a photo of the item itself helps. We have some amazing researchers who may not know all the marks there are, but can find similar items so you get an ID.:)
