Several companies used a similar mark, and googling Mecca has returned a few pieces with similar border though not the same central scene, but I'm not finding C R & S. Does anyone know this mark? Thanks much, Janice

You are in good company:). It's always possible that someone has come up with an ID for the maker since these were published but Godden in his book of marks doesn't know it nor do Coysh & Henrywood in their Dictionary of Blue & White Printed Pottery.
