My family kept this brooch for idk how long, today I found it pretty well saved, i just want to know where is it from and who is the gentleman, if it's possible. I would guess for the lily flowers it's french, but that's all I could guess.
I would appreciate ur help.. Thanks!

The silver frame would have more marks if it were made in France.

the silver mark in this type of square could be Swiss. they also worked for the French market. and before someone comes with a list that says they didn't work in 900 - all values were minimal values - see the problem with the English about 935 - and they didn't care anyways...

another possibility is Italian; they didn't care about rules either...
but the the Swiss were known for their enamel.

The lack of markings really does make it an assumption on origination. As you will note, there really is no consensus on origination. Nice identification @komokwa !
The impression I have from the image (not really to clear when enlarged) is this is painted porcelain. Possibly a centennial piece? My guess on source would be Italy. In the early 1900's there was a group of artisans that created some amazing pieces. This reminds me of a pendant/brooch I had with exquisite painted porcelain insert from some artist in that group. I can't remember the name of the group - I have a book on them somewhere...lol Anyway, I think it is quite a lovely piece.
