Any guesses on the signature of this studio pottery piece?

    Another studio pottery mystery. Can anyone make this signature out?

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    So, @Lucille.b, here's what I did with this signature, which I've tried before a couple of times, with limited success.....I tried to "straighten" the text, and then "stretch it out" to separate the letters somewhat.....so it may or may not be helpful as I do know artists signatures have their own characteristics!!!! But when they're impossible to read.....I'll try something different....hoping it sets off a light in someone's head!!! OH, and I 'cleaned up' around some areas for less distractions......I DID NOT alter the actual signature other than to straighten, stretch and contrast!!!

    That's amazing Aqui! Thank you for doing that. Clever!

    Sure looks like "John" could be the last name, which of course makes searching tricky. Maybe someone will have an idea. Thank you! :)
