Masonic Scottish Rite Ring?

Hi guys, I got this ring in a lot of estate jewelry yesterday and was wondering if it looks like a worn down double eagle head masonic Scottish rite ring? It looks like it had enamel at one time and has just worn into a pretty heart. I don’t know anything about these Masonic groups – they are mysterious and unusual though, lol. Stamped inside (pic added of that too).

 

Regardless of anything you think you might see its value is about $25/gram

 

I was hoping not to scrap it. Selling it as a “vintage heart ring” would go a long way, I guess. But just curious as to what it started out as.

the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry hasn't anything to do with Scotland either...

 

Part of the problem is I think there's a bit missing from the center in addition to the missing enamel. A Sacred Heart ring is a good possibility.

 

It is so worn it is hard to say - I don't think it looks like a worn version of a masonic ring, though, Scottish Rite or otherwise. I can sort of see two eagle-heads, but they are facing each other, and should be facing away in most double-eagle imagery.
It is a mystery to me....
