what author ? of the title in stylized Hebrew ? or of the artist you already treated the forum with a wave of other art works ? first of all try to find out what it says. and then we can guess if it is by a "Blum" or rather "Blumer" or a Joycian joke and stands for Bloom...

Thank you for posting these art works. I had no idea that this style of art existed. I would like to know what it says too. If we can figure out what this style of art is called on the market, then finding the artist's name will be easier.

I was suggest this would fall under the general heading of Judaica but is not a very good example of the genre. The OP has already said that the original owners had given instructions to throw them into the trash. They look like souvenirs of a trip to Israel.

Israel is not Jewish exclusively, so the term Judaica is doubtful. would be the same if I searched Italian or Spanish art under the term Catholic.
Israel has a vibrant young art scene and I'd rather research under "Israeli".
as it's obvious that OP wants to make a fast $ I'd list them in the States.

Since, as you say, Israel is not exclusively Jewish, it is safe to assume that Arab or Christian Israelis would not write in Hebrew unless they are trying to cater to the Jewish market. Judaica, Jewish, Israeli are all valid search terms.
