    Eeeeek!
Look what I found! Just waiting for me at the weekly antiques fair :jawdrop: Not cheap but hopefully still a good deal.
Wondering what age these would be?
Now to source some replacement stones although I may have to sell the matte one to pay for them. Or sell a kidney .
The transparent ones have amazing flash and the pin is good so a good candidate for repair if I can find some spares.

Nice, and yes those are the real late 19th century type. Finding replacement stones is very difficult - still trying to find some myself for a piece that needs repair.

EEP! EEP! It's a good thing they're 3000 miles away otherwise into my hoard they'd go! I'd put a drop of superglue on the break in the oval one and run a cord through the loops. I bet it was on a hat originally. Instant necklace.

Lovely buys. Never found any where I look, (jumble, chazzas, boots), so far….

I was gobsmacked to find two pieces together and surprised no one else had snapped them up as the dealers strip each other’s tables usually before the public get in.
I’ve got one other piece, oddly enough found in the same hall. I put it on here and someone posted a very good link about Saphiret, I’ll try to find it.
