Old rhinestone or paste bracelet and a hat pin?

I'm stumped again! The first is a very delicate clear rhinestone or paste bracelet. It has a very tiny makers mark which is a capital N inside of a circle on part of the clasp. The overall weight when handling it seems denser than earlier (1960's on) vintage pieces I've handled. Each 'flower' is approximately 1/4" circumference. The second is what I think is a hat pin with the portrait of a 1920's lady. Resin or some type of plastic. Possibly a repurposed piece of a game board. The plastic piece is 1.5" length and just under 1" width. Pin is 3" length. The pin is glued on the back. How old are these two items? I think the link bracelet is 1930's Art Deco made of pot metal and paste. Am I on the right track? Still can't find anything on the makers mark (Capital N inside of a circle)

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

The side I lightened definitely LOOKS like it says "Seizta" to ME....I think there's more, but couldn't make it out.........

Thank you Aquitaine! It's barely legible but I thought I saw something there too. I'll try researching that name or something close to it

Bracelet is 20s or 30s, as was that domino. Which is probably ivory.

JMHO, I would call the domino a stick pin :)

Is that possibly a Napier mark on the Bracelet? Haven’t checked, just a thought. Quality of design & construction seems consistent with other early pieces I’ve seen.

Napier was the one maker who used an N that went through my head, too.

Agree with stick pin, not hat pin.
It’s my understanding that hat pins have a longer pin and the decorative bit generally faces up toward the sky, if you know what I mean.

Napier is a good guess. Thank you for the Napier guide link Marie.
