Does anyone recognize these wings? I haven't found a thing yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Travd3, welcome to the board. Your image is a bit too small so I took the liberty of enlarging it,.....I hope this is ok?

Also, I have a couple of badges embroidered in a similar fashion that I know nothing about. Hopefully, someone will come along and enlighten the both of us. Cool?

Thanks for the pic enlargement. Looks like we are in the same boat. I don't recognize those two either.

    Nuff...Warrant officer badges.....Canadian post WW2.....
best I can come up with...

But I see those were also closely matched by Australia & N.Z.

So I may not be spot on.......or yours may be replica's.

    I dunno ?????

    Post Unification
A completely new system of rank badges was initiated after Unification.

[IMG] On Combat Dress - small rank badges in olive drab were worn either on slip-ons or sewn directly to combat shirts/jackets. Rank badges for all grades of Warrant Officer were now relocated to the upper sleeves when worn directly on the shirt.
[IMG] CF Shirts - when worn as parade or walking out dress, the linden green shirts also had enamel rank pins worn on the points of the collars. As Work Dress evolved, the linden green shirts were also seen with that order of dress. The rank pins were carried over to the new Garrison Dress as well.

Ownedbybear...I believe you may be right about the wings...After looking again last night I believe the wings are either British or one of the Commonwealths. South Africa has the "x" in the center of some of theirs, but not quit the same. If I could find the meaning of the "x" it would help to narrow the search

The Wings with the X are Canadian Forces Aircrew flight test engineers.

Davey...Can you show me where you found a set? Everything I pull up is different. There are some similarities, but thats as far as it goes.

Sorry I should have saved the link.
If you Google "Airforce Wings patch with X" then click "images" there are many images not related to yours but I found it in a chart of multiple patches.

The X makes sense: used as the marque indication for experimental aircraft.
