Featured Navajo Petrified Wood Bracelet! Decipher marks? Harvey Era?

Found this brilliant piece earlier for $15 and I have some questions! I have identfied that it is indeed petrified wood but I am stumped on a few things. I can see that they used SUN RAY stamps but what is the 2nd one? They look like dots of some sort?

Also, this appears to be definitely vintage I am thinking 60s but could it possibly be a Harvey Era piece by any chance?

I would recommend getting the metal tested. I've never seen a NA cuff signed on the outside which would be a red flag for me. If it is marked, you'll need to provide better photos that show the mark. The splits in the metal at the tips seem sketch. The workmanship, as noted, is poor. The amount of metal used in the cuff bands is unusually thick. It could be mexican, nickel silver, or other import. Could also just as well be a beginner piece I suppose.
