Anyone know what this might be?

It's only about 2" high with the lid on.
It's a bubble blue glass that looks hand painted.
I can't find a thing on it or what it's supposed to go on.
Looking at the bottom part, it looks like it's supposed to fit onto something.

I'm not sure though what to make of the Ziggy looking faces LOL.

 

Sometimes you just have to scroll past the things that turn up in an image search that are not relevant to what you are looking for, LOL.

 

Maybe look for Indian face beads.

 

These were from India I think.I have a red glass one . I want to say I bought it at Pier One(?) back in the 90s.

I did.......the problem was because I had no clue what to type in my searches.

 

Did it have the metal on it that tarnishes?
I got this one polished up and looking way better than it did!

 

The metal on the inside of the lid looks like copper where there is corrosion of the silvery layer.

 

Yeah it does.
It's pretty corroded and I'm working on cleaning it.

I didn't know what you meant by Ziggy faces. Now that I've enlarged your picture I see it! And I've learned something new in your thread too, thanks to @Houseful . This is the first I've ever heard of Indian face beads.
