    First one looks like a part belt buckle. Second, collar tip.

    Same here, unless it's the tip off of a belt. It's a little pointy for that, so I'd suspect collar too.

    FYI The ruler is in MM. the CM's are represented in the white and black blocks. - alot of people make the mistake of reading the MM's as CM's.
    - I think I need a better ruler

    Anyway, So the items are pretty small

    The belt buckle stands; a lot of ladies' clothes in the 30s were made with narrow cloth belts with metal buckles. That size isn't out of line. An 8cm collar tip would be really tiny. Same for a belt tip.
