WWII(?) army helmet with a Made in Belgium sticker real?

    Is this real?
    I found it in a thrift store but I've never seen one with a 'Made in...' sticker before! Especially since they have a built in customer with their government buying/making them + why waste the paper, glue, ink etc... when everything is being rationed?
    It feels right; but could it be a reproduction?

    Maybe these were exported surplus and required the that sticker. I do not know.

    Shouldn't it have an interior liner / adjustable series of straps? Or at least a place where those would have been attached?

    (I'm just asking-- I don't actually know.)
