1902 plat map

I have this county plat map from 1902, 50" X 56".
At on time my plan was to frame and hang it but that is not going to happen. I thought about selling it since it has been put away for years. It has some type of cloth backing.
What would be a good asking price?

Condition could kill the value on this. Most county maps, even in good condition, sell for less than $25.00 on ebay. There are exceptions. I don't know if yours would be old enough, but this 1850s map in poor condition sold for over $300. It is an outlier and I am not sure why it sold so high.

I'm wondering why both of these maps have what look like almost identical water stains on the left side. Thoughts?

 

It looks like it was folded, hence the mirror image staining

 

This is cool. My husband's family is from Findlay and Van Buren.
