Signed photograph of Viscaya with a 'With Gratitude From Viscaya' - Who's Photographer?

    I found this today at my local thrift store - It's a photograph of Viscaya here in Miami that's signed, but more interesting is the plaque that says 'With Gratitude from Viscaya Musum and Gardens'.
    Who is the photographer? I'm hoping he has to be well known because 100's of people take photos of Viscaya every day & they don't their photograph framed & have a 'With Gratitude' plaque added to it for them!
