    Welcome, Christopher! Maximum pic file is 1MB. If you used your phone to take the pic, the usual recommendation is to email the file to yourself (which should resize it), save it and use this new file to upload here. If that doesn't work let us know.

    Can’t speak for phones, but most PC image software has a resizing function. Simplest for resizing is MS Paint. If you have a DSLR, (like a Canon), they come with decent image software as well. Best freeware is 64 bit Infranview, a powerful tool I use when restoring scans of damaged photos.
