Old Talcum Bottle - Fluer Dorient

Any information on this old bottle and what the content might have been used for would be appreciated. On the back of the bottle there is a small #5 toward the bottom. On the bottom square with a 0 in it. About 6 inches tall. Scallop design around the neck.

This bottle would have held a sachet or perfumed powder. You would shake it out through the holes at the top.

When this product was sold there were no daily bathing habits & sanitation in the streets was sometimes not too great either. Consequently, people used other means to control the odors.
