Featured Opinions on two different Japanese framed pieces

These came from an estate sale I found this morning. I think it was being run by family members and they were cleaning out the whole house.
The first one is on silk, I'm not sure if it is watercolor or print. no dot matrix. Frame measures 20" x 22" art is 11 1/2" x 14"


This other one i am pretty sure it is a watercolor, maybe a woodblock print?
Artwork measures 9 1/4" x 5"

 

The first one looks like an ink painting - "sumi-e". The second one looks like a woodblock print. A flower cart was a popular subject, but I cannot find another example of this particular image. This one is somewhat similar, but based on the signatures, not by the same artist:

First signature possibly 表山 , not sure on the others.

The second one certainly looks like a woodblock print. I tried a couple of different image searches, but no luck. I don’t think it is very old, 1950’s or later.

 

Woodblock looks similar to ones by an artist named Kinu Takeshita.

 

Thanks. I was thinking 50s on that one too. Because of the frame. Either way I got both of them for les than $20.
