    Hi everyone,

I have picked up these earrings which feature various sea creatures and I am trying to figure out more about them, including who the makers mark belongs to. The mark is on the bottom of each sea creature, and it appears to also be on the hook, which is also stamped 925. I have looked online but so far I am drawing a blank, so any help you can provide with more info on them would be fab, TIA. IMG_8966.JPG IMG_8974 (2).JPG IMG_8975.JPG IMG_8982.JPG IMG_8984.JPG

Hi @Eils14, I sharpened and contrasted the marks....both light and dark....of which one I think is just a mark for 'copyright', but the other that sort of looks like a backwards 'P' I haven't seen before....but then again I'm not the one who's good at finding marks!!! That I think is @Bakersgma & @say_it_slowly, among others!!

Thanks @Aquitaine for doing that for me, looks much clearer than I managed to achieve in the original photo! I haven't seen it before either and thought it was unusual as it was on each charm and the hooks!

@Aznathalie Maybe I have actually found some priceless lost treasure and it really will be the $ sign I will be seeing!!;):greedy::hilarious:

The mark on the turtle looks like this "&" backwards.

I think that's the mark that was used by Shube's in Albuquerque, NM. Don't know if they're still in business or not, but they used to manufacture Southwest style jewelry.

I had a bit of a search but didn’t come up with anything the same. Sorry!

Thank you everyone but @quirkygirl I think you have solved it, thank you so much!:D:joyful:

I have now looked up Shube and found someone selling it on Etsy and it is the exact same mark as on my pieces. I have also now found this page SHUBE'S MANUFACTURING, INC. Trademarks :: Justia Trademarks based on the info you have provided @quirkygirl and it looks as if it is one of the trademarks they own and the mark represents the letters SB!

Thank you for all the help and I am glad to have the mystery solved, as I would not have figured this one out by myself given I am nowhere near Albuquerque and so have never seen this one before! :joyful:
