Mixed metal framed door or gate signed?

This was $2 at my local thrift. I think it is pretty cool looking, But taking pictures is a problem. it is silver, gold, and brass. very reflective. I find several marks. one in the silver area looks Arabian?
Then the marks in the middle right. Is this a signed piece or just decorative. The frame measures 8" x 10".

Wonder if this is some type of wedding/anniversary piece. Probably way off, but there's the two circular designs on either side of what may be a "T," the heart with the arrow embossed in the center, maybe a date?...the shackle chain at the top, lol.

Just a WAG here.

 

I was thinking it was a double door. The two round things being handles. There is also a chain with padlock upper left?

And I was half thinking it might have said "Ariel" or something like that in the lightened rectangle!! But there also seems to be several possibilities for signatures in your MOST interesting piece!!!
