Featured Thrift store map finds!

    Attractive, aren't they? You'll want to make sure they're originals and not reproductions, especially the one at bottom.

    The first two I’m pretty certain are real and the bottom one is a 1959 repro

    Yeah I guess they thought grandpas old maps were junk.. my place is filled with thrift store gold lol It’s the perfect addiction

    They sure made my week! After doing some more research the mid America map seems to be from 1864-66 and not 1863.

    Fabulous finds! Beautiful pieces! I LOVE old maps even though I don't own a single one.....lol.... not for lack of trying :)

    The repro is framed so nicely someone with a connection to that area will pay for it. Shipping is just a pain in the rear. Good old maps sell!

    That’s the only one I’d consider selling. I have a huge connection with the Manitoba one myself and the American is just too cool to sell! I do understand that different markets will bring different prices but what would you say are fair values for them?
