What Weller Pattern Is This?

    Its a pattern called Terose and the finial is a rabbit! It's in "All about Weller" (Macdonald) page 163. From 1933 designed by Dorothy Laughead.

    That one doesn't look the same to me. Different lobes and handle shapes, not to mention the finial differences.

    Here's a partial image from the Macdonald book. I can look through my other Weller books to see if its covered elsewhere. It was the Art-Deco period, so maybe it was considered a "stylized" image.

    Whenever I hear the work stylized it makes me think they drew it anyway they felt like it drawing it :)

    PS its also pictured in the Huxford Weller book on page 356 and 369, looks like it's shape 650.

    Fantasy bird? I was going to say it looks like a cockatoo, but that tail would be all wrong.
