Featured Czech glass necklace & earrings

    On a stormy morning I’m sorting jewellery!
    This necklace is marked Czechoslovakia on the split ring. Would I be right in thinking 50s or a bit earlier? And the earrings?
    Thanks for any thoughts :)

    JMHO, earlier, 30s-40s. Love it, I've had necklaces like this, one in red I sold in November and I have one right now in yellow with tube glass beads on the chain.

    Agree with @Marie Forjan looks a bit earlier to me too. They look like very nice quality Czech crystal glass droppers.

    I was thinking early 50s if the clasp is original. It looks wrong for the 1930s. The mechanism on the earrings looks post-WWII too, if not by a lot.

    Fourth on 30s, and a truly gorgeous set.
    The clasp is fine for the date, and this model screwback was patented ca 1894, and widely used in the 30s.
    Because of the introduction of screwback earrings, my grandmother (b. 1896) never had her ears pierced, which generations of women before her had.;)
