    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Don't know if any/how many of you may/may not get it, but thought I'd post a couple of what I thought were neat things.....not going overboard.....

    NewOrleansAuctionGallery sold this first item, and the seller said she wished to remain anonymous.....it's just very different....didn't get to the high estimate, but $25K is nothing to sneeze at!!

    First, I can't imagine having 10 children, but I thought this was an amazing piece and also sold within estimate!!!

    Now this last goodie I thought WAS RATHER PRICEY for SUCH A TINY LITTLE Chest!!! Wonder if @James Conrad might have an opinion on this one!!!:joyful::):) AND, NOW, I must break away, shortly and back to sharing my computer!!

    Yes, saw the miniature chest last month at the winter show sales, the winter show was canceled but the sales went on as scheduled. It's a very nice example but not 106k nice in my view, still, it's an early PA piece and those collectors pay top dollar for early stuff.
    Nice to see it went from 40k in 1989 to 106k 30 years later so some furniture is actually increasing in price.
