Any information on large painting? of oriental men at a cock fight

This is another unusual artwork I found Fri at a local thrift store. Looking at it closely it looks almost like colored sharpies made it?
Any idea what/who the characters say?
Any idea where it's from?
This is another I'm pretty sure is not a 'factory' painting - can anyone tell who the artist was (maybe in characters or stamps?)
Any thoughts on it would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if you can tell from these close ups or if I'd have to take it out of frame because of the glass, but looking with a magnifying glass this is not a print; it has lines like a outline & then markers? or pastels?
something filled in/over them.

 

It looks like a woodblock print to me. Probably 1970's.

 

Is it worth opening & checking? It didn't cost me a lot - $14.95 or $19.95

I wouldn’t open it. Hopefully one of the other users can read the writing. I tried the optical scanner on my phone and it seemed to be Chinese, but didn’t make much sense.
