Featured Any thoughts on this Carved wood Dragon mask

Happy Friday for those of you who celebrate!
I think this is possibly a Chinese Dragon mask? I have seen similar
that were called Chinese. I think it has some age to it and has a repaired ear. He measures about 9" wide

I re-strung the violin but I gave up on the bow. Getting ready to list it.

Rangda herself is not a demon though, so she has a soul, albeit a dark one. She is a widowed witch (rangda=widow) who summons and commands the Leyaks, demonic beings that practice black magic and eat humans.

Yes she is a Balinese Rangda mask, missing most of the tongue and all her hair. Yours is a souvenir, probably mid 20th century.

 

Thank you @Any Jewelry. Her tongue is curled. Not sure what it is made of but I was trying get it to lay flat. I didn't know that she had hair.

I believe it is leather. Her hair is not like actual hair, more like long hairy threads. Google is currently on strike on my laptop, but if you google Rangda, you will see her in all her glory.
