    It’s dated 1967. It looks like it’s from an illustrator.

    To my eye it says "Mel Weinberg." It's almost impossible to see what you have but... I would think he was a trained commercial artist.

    Daily News is a NY paper. Maybe ride the bus is the title. Pinned at top of Art Forum, is a link of illustrator. I checked those mentioned.

    Thought larger overall might help, but I'm coming up with nuttin'....sorry!! But I think the first name does look like 'Mel', FWIW!

    Behind glass, framed, three people identified by first name... possibly acquaintances of the artist? Where is the date 1967?

    Yes, I thought NYC too. Can't see the cityscape which might confirm. I can't imagine it has much value, beyond sentimental. Why don't you open it up and see what you find?
