Hi everyone. I recently found a celadon mug and was hoping for some insight and guidance on how to identify the maker, region or era. It's possible it's just a reproduction which is fine, I got it because I thought it was lovely, but I'd love to know more if anyone could help.

The picture of the mark is upside down, but it's from China and fairly modern made.

No, the characters were ok on the first picture, just a little lopsided. The second pick shoes them upside-down. The characters are 泰山 / Tai Shan - Mount(ain) Tai. A souvenir.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome to Antiquers, @Stephy032! and thanks for sharing the pictures. I love the celadon type of color.
