The sales are going ahead as scheduled, the Winter Show has been postponed.
The Winter Show is kind of the heart of the Americana week and the sales at Sotheby's, Christie's, etc revolve around it.
Poor decision in my view, just what NYC needs right now, more folks cowering in fear like sheep.

I was online at the Dupont sale yesterday for a good part of it (furniture), everything was SKY HIGH, kinda knew it would be as the pre-sale bidding was fierce.

The top furniture lot was this chest of drawers, Dupont pretty much cornered the market on "Line & Dot" decoration, often called "Line & Berry". Very popular in early southeast PA, Chester County in particular. The sale of the Dupont collection is still in progress today.
Estimate 30-50k Sold for $151,200. yesterday

The top of above chest, I count 13 light & dark colored overlapping Dots at the center, a line & dot tour de force.

Bidding is on NA arrowheads or somesuch at the moment, I have bids in for a "bible" box & hanging wall cupboard coming up in the next hour and, leading in pre-sale bids. Will I get one or both? NO! HELL NO!
Predicts a big fat ZERO on both objects.
People are overpaying for this stuff but, early Pennsylvania collectors have deep pockets & don't seem to care what the costs are. It's one advantage collectors have because they are not selling the objects.:)

The crime is as bad as the virus there lately. Maybe that was a factor also. I did consider going way back when you informed us all about it. Even got a paddle number. I would not remotely consider it now. Sad state of affairs. I had the set of vaccines. 1st virus showed on general blood work way after I must have had it. 2nd virus my husband came home from work with for a non-thanksgiving and a week later I got it.
( please relax and enjoy the extension of quarantine) NY track and trace was on it fast, the virus program not the bail one. We choose the monoclonal infusion during the second virus. I feel like I’m packing as much virus protection as possible.

Didn’t I read somewhere that this one may be the last remaining one known outside museums? BYW any news on the restoration front of your beautiful cabinet ?

No, there are aprox 125 "Line & Dot" early PA furniture forms & many still in private collections but Bill Dupont had thing for that particular decoration, there are over a dozen in this sale alone.
The chest above though was really over the top on Line & Dot, outstanding example.
No, haven't touched eastern shore cab. just as it was.
