    New to this forum.....
My in-laws have sold their home and they have several pieces of Romweber viking oak that are going to stay with the home which the new owner wishes to purchase. The realtor suggested we put a value on the pieces but we have no idea what they are worth. I've attached 3 photos but there are several other pieces and a bedroom suite that is not viking oak but also selling with the house. Any help is appreciated.

When We were selling Mom's house, the buyer wanted a couple pieces from the living room and the faux wicker set in the sun porch. Frankly, she had owned them long enough that I just considered it "used furniture" and told the buyer $1500 for the whole shebang, which they thought was quite reasonable. I wouldn't waste too much effort in trying to come up with a price. They aren't antiques, after all.

agreed, I cannot see what the top of the coffee table is, you'd have to do some real work to get more

Rom Weber is good furniture but just used furniture at this point. I am with the others, maybe up to a couple grand for everything (including unpictured items). You would likely get less at auction.

    Very Brad,
Thanks for your reply. I guess that is what we needed to know.....just regular furniture. My in-laws got all of the pieces early 70's and it's in immaculate condition. There are 11 pieces that we will be negotiating a price with the new owner of the house and just trying to be fair. They are treasured pieces to my in-laws, but I suppose "just furniture" to the new owners. It's just that they "make" the rooms they are located in and are covered to match all the decor. Again, thanks for your response.
