Originally from NY, now temporarily in Georgia. End of a long line of collectors, DIYers, curiosity aficionados, history buffs, preservationists, and other trouble-making folk with inadequate remaining storage space. I don't actively collect sports memorabilia, or much of anything less than 60 years old... except jewelry, clothing and/or original art and ooo! Look at that!!!
Thanks for your warm welcome! I don't have much with me at the moment, but picture #1 and #2 are of one of my favorite pieces of jewelry, and picture #3 is a piece of odd tramp art (aluminum can flower) I made that I hope you will enjoy. Do expect a slew of pictures of furniture and assorted curiosities in a couple weeks, and feel free to say if there's something in particular you like to see (Clothing? Clocks? Glass? Lamps? Toys?), since I probably won't live long enough to take pictures of everything
Thanks! I’m pretty happy with it. It used to be beer and soda cans. I make art from found objects and things from the recycling bin
Thanks! Do you only like vintage/antique pottery, or do you like new stuff too? I’m super grateful for all the things I have learned lurking here and will try to post pictures that folks might enjoy.
I guess my name is slightly misleading, as my main passion is Native American Pueblo pottery. And the older, the better. Thanks for asking!
