I’ve used every descriptive combo I can think of. Please help! I’m sure someone more knowledgeable on China will find it in two seconds.

Maybe the reason is that it's invisible?

Such things often just had numbers rather than a descriptive pattern name. Are there any numbers in hand painted script? If so this is likely your answer, not all pieces were marked though.

It does look like it may be a variant of the B935 pattern which was made for another retailer.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

You didn't ask the age, so maybe already knew. If this Wikipedia article is correct, it should date between about 1890-1920.

His brother Gilman Collamore (1834—1888) came to join him in 1854. Gilman established his own business in 1861. Gilman Collamore & Co., in premises at 731 Broadway in 1861, then occupied premises in Union Square before taking two storeys of showrooms in The Wilbraham, a fashionable block of bachelor flats at Fifth Avenue and 30th Street, that opened in 1890; about 1920 new premises were constructed for the firm at 15 East 56th Street[5]

    Above is taken from this:

Ugh yeh it was there in the hand painted script. I posted the wrong photo here that didn’t include that part. I didn’t realize the patterns would have no name in some cases and only a number from a company like Mintons. Makes sense I guess with the amount of patterns they must have produced.

You nailed it thanks. Sorry to send you on a wild goose chase when it turns out it was on the plate the whole time. Out of curiosity where did you find that? Even when I google “mintons g7601” no images of this pattern come up.

I didn’t know that, thanks! I’d love to be able to step back in time and visit those fancy, high end retailers stores. Some of them must have been quite the sights to behold and peruse.

There were way more factories which only gave numbers to their patterns than those which gave them names. Names did often get ascribed much later.
