Hi, I was able to find a little about Hebblethwaite. His entire name was Horace Sydney but with most of the little info on him he is refered to S.H. Hebblethwaite. There is a book by him called, Screaming Historics, the Last Man & Other Drawings (Judy: the London Serio-Comic Journal 1901-1902), but it is a little hard to find. Judy was a satirical magazine that existed from 1867 until 1907. I found a few other examples of his illustrations, but mostly dead ends. I am wondering if this is actually from that time period and what the printing process was? It has dots that can be seen when magnified so that will probably help. Thanks in advance for any help, ideas or leads?

It is better said that it is full color offset printing.

Thank you. What time period do you think it may have been printed?

You would not even need to describe it as such, since this is from a magazine. Note the center crease and staple marks. It may well be from the Judy magazine you mentioned. Take it out of the frame and look at the back of the sheet.
