Featured Locomotive tobacco cards

I bought these at a garage sale for ~$5. What's interesting is the text is printed in reverse. I only have about a dozen, but I think the complete set was closer to 60, because some are numberedin the 50s. I suspect they are from the 1920-30s. There is text on the back on how to transfer the print onto newer paper. .


i should add that the book is labeled "The Kingston cigarette picture-cardalbum". I suspect they printed many sets of different topics. These are locomotives from the turn of the century.

Was wondering if anyone is familiar with them?

They're British engines from the looks of things. I've never seen these before.
