Doubt there is a pattern name.
    Size would be helpful.

Does it say made for Australian Airlines?
Looks like a soap dish, but why would that be a give-a-way on an airline. Or maybe it was given to employees.

I'm going to ask this be put in the Pottery section. @daveydempsey or @Bookahtoo

    Welcome to the board.

Hello Erin & welcome to our forum!!:happy:

This is just a SWAG, but if it was made for American Airlines I bet it was part of the first class dinner service & held the roll that was served with dinner.

Measurements would be a big help. ;):)

It says Australian Airlines. Wiki says they only existed 2002-2006?

    Welcome, Erin.
I'm with the others, a dish made for Australian Airlines' first class. For a roll makes sense.

    Making it worse, kyra.:hilarious:

Highly unlikely to be service china. That's typically plain with a logo.
