Not Sindy, it's a Euro Barbie. Could well be 74 though. The gold dress on top is by Faerie Glen, the purple dress IS Sindy's though, Puff Sleeves from '72. The outfit Barbie is wearing looks like Action Girls ... Puff Sleeves is quite desirable, about £20. The purple cape underneath goes with the Faerie Glen dress, should have a label.

Show me the rest and I'll know what they are xx

Has all the edge of a g-rated joke, doubtless, but it's pretty.

Since I won't be getting out tomorrow - baking while I'm waiting out my reaction time for my third shot. Or Saturday probably - sleet and freezing rain and other joys. Blew a few bucks today. The charity thrift I always go to had two sterling bracelets and a honker of a tigerseye necklace. Next stop was a consignment store. Spent $43 including store credit on two bracelets. One had no marks but it's hand-stamped (i.e. lots of marks) and the other claimed to be Mexican sterling. Heavy for its size. Nose...twitched. @MrNate would have been proud. The black is inlay and I've never seen alpaca made like that. At the third stop the antique store owner didn't think it was silver, I was wearing it, but my testing acids say otherwise.

The scrap weight of the silver is what I paid for the whole pile.

All of the bracelets are LOVELY. For some reason I love bracelets, so much so that I haven't sold any of the ones I've found yet....It's kind of silly, but I became an accidental bracelet collector. Lovely Lovely Lovely finds :)

I have a hoard of my own, cheap tat to one a local antique deal all but drooled on. They're art you can wear unlike the plates and cups.
