Portable chatelaine inkwell and pen?

It's nickel-plated brass and the cap for the glass end is missing. What's remarkable is the glass is still intact. It contains a dip pen that reverses to close and protect the tip. There's also a small knife and I suspect it used to have a pencil or file. Probably both.

That glass end may have held an inkwell. That knife was the eraser. It might have been called a traveling etui. It looks very similar to this one with the same spiral fluting.

Sure looks like it. My pencil and cap are MIA, but at the price I paid (free!) I can't yell too loudly.
