19th century bureau mahogany Hallett and son

I don’t know anything about this piece other then the pictures I have. Apparently it’s from 1893 and probably from the uk but know for sure any information would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

My area, Norther California, I'd be lucky with $200 - 300.

Two digit is earlier than the 1920s, I'd say, it's back in the seriously manual days. Pre WW1.
