MCM vase?

Thoughts? I'm assuming it's mcm....but maybe not? Any ideas on maker?

 

Bottom? Measurements? Where are you? Where did you get it?

I don't have it yet....it's an auction item I'm hoping to win. So unfortunately this is the Only picture I was able to grab off the auction site....

 

Very nice, but it looks Post-Modern to me, 1980s. I could be wrong though.

At first glance it looked like the one Diva posted had an almost rounded base, but I guess it is flat, making it MCM.

If it's Italian, and I'm not convinced, then Empoli. These also came out of Japan.

 

Well, I got it! Along with some other cool stuff! I ended up paying $22 for it, hopefully depending on what it is I can at least get my money out of it. Either way I will have learned a little more, so....
