spinel stones?

    Hie guys!

    Recently I bought these with a few other silver objects and I'm not so sure if they are colored glass or gemstones.
    Size about 7mm

    They can scratch glass and are glowing dark red under black light.

    I compared them to a cheap colored glass gem and the difference is obvious.

    Spinels or pink rubies? Colored glass?? Any ideas?

    No one can say what they are from a photo,there is synthetic spinel.

    They sure want to be real, but as stated there's no way to tell from a photo.

    Agreed, you need to have them tested to be sure what they are :)
