Featured Any info on John Lennon & Yoko poster/print by S. Kreger Editions East?

I found this at a thrift store Friday. It's a poster? Print? on foamboard & framed and still has original shrink wrap.
It says it's from 1978 and by S. Kreger Editions east.
I was able to find only 1 other - it is on worthpoint (https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/john-lennon-yoko-stockbridge-1978-3774098215)
Has anyone heard or seen this before? Would they only make so few posters(?) of John & Yoko?
What do I have? Any information would be greatly appreciated

 

PS - It measures 18.5" x 23" with frame (I figured since frame is so small the piece has to go to the frame's edge?)

This is a different photo of Lennon by the same photographer which sold for $250. The description has some interesting info re:Lennon's visit to Stockbridge Ma. and the photographer, too, who died in 2018.
