Hello all!

    I am not new to collecting, but new to certain collectibles, most notably stoneware and pottery. Glad i found this board, lots of very knowledgeable people here. Thank you in advance for any help I am ever to receive when I post things. So fantastic to learn the history of pieces, thus I guess why most of us are here.

    I do not collect for profit at all. I have really never sold anything. I just like to decorate my home as I have always, with older or unique (handcrafted mostly) pieces of furniture and decor in an eclectic mix of everything from 1600's through the last decade.

    Can't wait to post and learn!

    I was just posting info for general knowledge as you get used to the site.......:happy:

    sometimes new members land on a subject they wish to reply to only to find out the original poster hasn't been seen here for 2 years.......

    None taken :) I am very familiar with discussion boards, I am 49 years old lol, I think Im a member of around 100+ of them over the years. Weeding through threads is what I do haha

    Most of the others are for other interests but as far as collecting, yes, looks like this one is one of the better ones!
