    Welcome Schume. Could you please post a photo of the entire dagger? Seeing blade tips and hilt finials adds to a good identification.
    Right now it looks Middle Eastern or Indian to me, seeing more could give a definite ID.

    From what I can see, I'd say souvenir of Lebanon. That type of handle with the inlaid dots is commonly used there on tableware, knives, and other decorative or souvenir items. I've got a similar one somewhere; one point of identification is that often the blade is not sharpened, and often is made in such a way that it could never be made sharp enough to use as anything other than a letter-opener. Which is true of mine.
