I'm don't know much about jewelry but I'm thinking these are pearls. The stones test as stones rather than plastic on a inexpensive diamond tester. But maybe they are still glass?

Is this just cheap costume jewelry or something more?

If you Google “wire mesh pearl cuff” you will see others. Looks like fresh water pearls.

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions on what the stones may be?

I'm looking at the "stones" with a loop and at first though they look like iridescent glass but the drill hole line is serrated completely on each one. I thought glass had more of a consistent solid pattern where its drilled. There is a chemical process that makes geodes iridescent so it has almost like a gold sheen. It's named after the chemical.

Also, wondering what the larger metal is made of, not the wire. It's not magnetic. I don't see a stamp. I do see a solder line. Also, the wire seems to have left a trace in it at one point. It's well made and tight but seems one strand dug in and then shifted and so maybe the metal is softer than others. You can see the trace of where the wire once was.

Really can't tell what the stones are from the photos, guess would be glass or smoky quartz.

Thanks! Will glass test as not plastic with a diamond tester or would they be smoky quartz if the diamond tester beeped on them?

Little citrine or similar chips, I'd think.

    Cute cuff bracelet.
Agree, looks like mainly citrine chips with a few smoky quartz chips for a nice playful effect. The different sizes freshwater pearls create a similar effect.

Stone chip beads are so cheap that a maker might as well use stone instead of glass.

Does anyone have any idea on what the thicker white metal wire might be?

It is likely to be a base metal. Have you tried a magnet?

It's a really pretty statement bracelet.
Freshwater pearls and citrine in base metal, like @Any Jewelry and @Ownedbybear And @i need help says.
If this were new in a retail boutique, it would be rather pricey, I'm sure.
