Thanks again

    I found two old references to a Polish printer of religious books at that address, this one on a book dated 1911:

    Polish people are generally staunch Catholics.

    My great aunt was a nun she was a trip she would smoke one cigarette and do a shot of whiskey or vodka every night before she went to bed

    The 984 Milwaukee address shows up in publications up until 1934, changes to 109 Dearborn in 1935...

    Wow,so 1934 or even earlier. That’s cool. The frame didn’t look that old to me (but I really I don’t know much about these things)

    All Polish names, so there is a definite Polish-American link.
