Featured Green and Pearl brooch - what is this?

Apologies for the shocking photos, these are screenshots from a sellers job lot of jewellery. Am I daft (steady now)or does this brooch look like it’s trying to suggest it has Austro Hungarian ancestry? Or modern costume not worth a second look?

Are you able to replace the missing pearls & stones? Do you want this for you or to sell?

 

For me!. I would replace the pearls and put it in my hoard. I only sell stuff I don’t like or doesn’t interest me. I’m a skinflint though so it would have to be a bargain

An Austro-Hungarian Historic Revival beauty.
The photo of the back doesn't give much away, but there is a slight chance it is from the early years of Hungary as an independent state. Very slight, and even then it is worth the investment.
The central petals look enameled to me, a good sign.
