THRIFT FIND! NICHOLAS GUERRA-BENET PAINTING! ALSO HELP WITH ARTIST'S NAME ON 1961 PAINTING

    Wanted to show you the Nicholas Guerra-Benet painting I found at a thrift store yesterday - I loved it as soon as I saw it! (I guess they didn't have my taste because it was priced at $12.95!)

    Also, can anyone make out the artist's name on the 2nd painting I found? It looks like it starts with E F?
    Is the writing of the name of the painting (rue nocturne) on back is french, right?

    rue nocturne (French) = Night Street = name of the painting.
