Hello friends, I acquired this beautifull pottery jar with drip brown glaze. It is very light in weight and very well shaped. It has a signature on bottom, as you can reference from images....I am just not very good at deciphering these nor am I familiar with it.
Any help and or direction would be greately appreciated.
    Thanks, Dani

I'm pretty sure the picture is showing the signature upside down. Timboll,,,, something ending in a d.

The way you are holding it I thought it said Paul something but I'm thinking it goes the other way. Something like Tim Ballard/Bullard '81

I turned it around and it was no easier to read. It looks like it was made in '81. You could try rubbing some cinnamon into the writing to see it more clearly.

Tim Bullard's FB page is reaaly nice. He makes some very interesting pottery and he seems to be about the right age for him to have made your jar in 1981.

Who might that be, Mistyjo? No such name shows up on a Google search. Not even close.

Pretty sure you're RIGHT ON, @say_it_slowly, there are a couple of "artifacts" in between the 'i' and 'm' in "Tim" distorting it a bit....here it is enlarged and inverted: TIM BULLARD.....81
