So today I got this razor for euro15. When I looked it up I came across various selling prices, pleasantly surprised a few more euros than I purchased it for. How would you price it?
If you restored it and sold it, you might get $50.00 for it. The problem with straight razors is that, unless they're REALLY OLD, or REALLY NICE, or they come in SETS...they ain't worth much. They're too common to be worth much. I've picked up perfectly usable straight razors for $5.00. Most people don't want them, so they sell them for dirt-cheap just to get rid of them.
no, not so much......but if u sharpen it up...and keep it in yer boot.......your friends will play nice with you !!!!
http://www.dorko.de/ mass-produced, though good quality. most probably post-war. 30 to 40 €. a certain increase in prices since they are forbidden to have them with you.
